About Garrick Yeung's Personal Fitness Training

Garrick is a Hong Kong based freelance personal fitness trainer since 2011 and residing in Hong Kong with an ambitious to promote the sense of wellness and healthy life style, by delivering effective physical fitness programmes and sports activities. 

Garrick is an internationally certified personal trainer and long-time player in the fitness industry. He has been featured as a fitness blogger and entitled as the Master Trainer, an elite fitness specialist in the International Personal Trainer Academy (IPTA); a Hong Kong based personal trainer educational services and certifications awarding body. He holds a bachelor degree in business and management and several advanced fitness certifications and specializations with IPTA, NASM, RTS US, ACE, AAHF, NESTA, ASFA and PTontheNet etc.

With his enthusiasm and perseverance in achieving a healthy life style, Garrick shares the values and benefits of exercises regularly and concepts of balanced diet. Being a personal fitness trainer, Garrick is confident to train and coach various sectors of clients (e.g adolescence, senior, special population) through specific fitness programme interactively.
 

Garrick realizes his roles and responsibilities of being a personal fitness trainer, in an integrity and ethical attitudes to deliver customer-oriented fitness training courses for all ages. He emphasizes that the effectiveness of a personalized fitness training programme is in conjunction with the following main elements:

The main scopes of Garrick's personal training are

 

  • To involve in exercise/ workout programmes prescription and gym instruction to clients. 

  • To motivate clients by setting progressive goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients. 

  • To measure and review client's strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments. 

  • To educate clients in other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines.
